Is that a good time for you?

Is this a good time for you? Is now a good time to look inside of yourself and see if everything is working for you? Not the You of forty, thirty, twenty or even ten years ago, but the You of today. You, Now.

If it is a good time for you, then take a deep breath and bring your attention, from wherever it is, to your physical body. Your physical body is your cosmic clue to present time. If you desire to be in present time more often, then bring your attention to your physical body more often.

Say hello to your physical body as you say hello to your own creation. Admire it. Breathe into it and allow your breath to convey your gratitude to your physical body. By being grateful for it, you declare ownership of it.

Say hello to your spine, your central nervous system. Admire this incredible machine. It’s yours. Breathe into it and allow your breath to clear your spine from any energy that makes it hard for your spine to function successfully .

Say hello to the lower half of your head. This is where our thinking mind’s programmings are. Admire this amazing computer. It’s yours. Breathe into it and allow your breath to clear your  sub-conscience  mind of all pictures/commands that do not serve you in present time.

Now make a new agreement with your body, an agreement that says you will spend more time in your own body enjoying being You.
